Hello! My name is Hanako Kizuki:
Based in the Netherlands.
Having walked through the challenges of international marriage and divorce,
and overcoming breast cancer, I am now raising my son as a single mother in the Netherlands.
Because I have experienced pain and uncertainty deeply,
I have come to realize the profound importance of having a safe space
and a moment to return to one's true self.
Along this journey, meditation, Tibetan singing bowls,
and the encounter with plant medicine have brought me great healing and life-changing “awareness.”
I share inspirations from Japanese animism (Shinto) and Buddhism philosophy,
while offering Tibetan singing bowl healing, micro_dosing support,
and organize small, intimate retreats.

日本のアニミズム（神道）や仏教哲学のエッセンスをシェアしながら、
シンギングボウル・ヒーリングやマイクロドージングのサポート、
少人数でリトリートも企画しています。
国際結婚と離婚、そして乳がんという大きな試練を乗り越え、
今シングルマザーとしてオランダで子育てしてます。
安心できる場所」と「自分らしさに戻れる時間」を持つことの大切さを強く感じてきました。
その道のりの中で、瞑想やチベタンシンギングボウル、
そしてプラントメディスンとの出会いは、私に大きな“気づき”と癒しを与えてくれました。
